BT Optio OSE100 Low Level Order Picker

Efficient order picking is the primary concern of many businesses today. Toyota Material Handling understands this and has designed the BT Optio order picker series to meet the needs of today’s and tomorrow’s commercial world, maintaining productivity and driving down costs.

Picking at the first and second levels is covered by the All-new BT Optio L-series. Nine distinct models offer low-level order picking for every application and type of goods. Elevating forks, elevating driver platform and controls, long forks – even a version combining all of these features – are standard in the L-series. Vibration protection through Frequently-adapted Suspension (FAS) as option.

SAFETY

OSE100
  • The operator is fully protected by the truck when driving – 60° rotation of the E-man control unit moves the steered wheel 100°, ensuring that no part of the operator’s body need be outside the order picker forklift’s profile.

PRODUCTIVITY

OSE100
  • All BT Optio L-series models are built to renowned Toyota Production System standards, meaning high quality and reliability in use.

There is an L-series order picker forklift for every application, from lower-intensity up to high-intensity multi-load, high-throughput operations.

PERFORMANCE

OSE100
  • High speed operation. Top speed and acceleration can be adjusted to suit local conditions.

The Smooth Operator concept ensures class-leading driveability. E-man steering allows safe and comfortable one-handed operation.

COMFORT / ERGONOMICS

  • With a low step-in height of 180 mm and a walk-through cabin with a platform height of 1200 mm, the OSE100W ensures a safe, comfortable picking experience. The load capacity is 1000 kg.

The Optio OSE100 order picker forklift is similar to the OSE100W but also offers initial lift, allowing the operator to position the forks at the most comfortable working height for faster, more ergonomic second-level picking.
